Background

This project involved the contruction of a mixed-use building that features office space, research and development facilities, and retail components. Central to the project was creating spaces that foster collaboration and innovation while integrating sustainability features like natural daylight. Automated shading powered by Somfy's AC RS485 motors and sun control technology increases opportunities to leverage sustainable resources like daylight. This NBBJ-design project achieved LEED Gold certification.
