Background

The Amazing Brentwood is an urban development centered around the Brentwood Town Centre SkyTrain Station. The project includes three sleek, glass-forward and modern residential towers that offer panoramic views. The residential towers were designed by James K.M. Cheng Architects a Vancouver based firm. Somfy RTS motors and controls were installed in this tech-integrated project to offer convenient operation of unit based solar shading. Motorized solar shading is providing glare control and privacy for occupants along with minimizing solar heat gain and UV degradation of interior finishes.
