A Family Business 

Rolltex Shutters was started in 2002 by brothers Felix and Juan. After nearly two decades of experience in the shutter industry, they decided it was time to branch out on their own. Felix and Juan wanted to provide customers with a high quality product, backed by professional installation and service. 

From their years of experience in the industry, the brothers had seen how exterior products can help people protect their homes and businesses, creating satisfaction and peace-of-mind for years to come.

A Focus on Customer Service 

As a true family-run operation, Rolltex Shutters is unique in the industry. Felix’s wife Elena is in charge of accounting, purchasing, inventory and customer service. Juan’s wife Maria oversees inside sales and customer service. Everyone at Rolltex Shutters is used to pitching in on several different aspects of the business, giving the company a more personal feel. 

The brothers wanted to keep the focus on being family-operated so they could continue to pay attention to what really matters: customer care. Even now that the company has grown, all installations are performed and supervised by one of the owners to ensure every single customer gets the special attention and care that they deserve.
