Learn how to create advanced scenes in the TaHoma® by Somfy app to add personalized combinations of conditions and sensors to fit your unique needs.
*Note: This feature is not available with the Connectivity Kit.
Step-by-step advanced scene creation guide
Go to the "My scenes" menu.
Then choose "Advanced"
Select "Advanced scene".
You can choose a specific time or date to launch your scene or use sun sensors to set your scene to start at sunrise or sunset.
Additionally, you can start a scene based on the status of other connected devices in your home.
To get the most out of your advanced scene add more conditions and easily make precise automations.
After you've selected your devices, actions and timing you may name your scene and add an icon to it. Once done, tap "Save".
You will see a summary of your scene where you may edit it again if needed.
Once setup and saved, your scene will be activated. To find your scene, go to the "My scene" menu. You may deactivate or activate the scene using the slider next to its name.
Managing and editing your existing scenes
Tap on today in the "My scene" menu. You can see all scenes running today as well as see both future and past scenes on the calendar.
You may create a new scene by creating a copy of an existing one and modifying it.
Find the scene you wish to copy in the "My scene" menu, open it, and tap the duplicate icon on the top right of the screen.
All edits will be saved to the new scene.
